JavaScript developer

You'll work together with business analysts, designers, developers and online marketers on custom digital solutions for our clients. From the very first analysis, you help shape the best approach. You translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions and regularly have direct contact with clients to discuss, challenge and substantiate decisions. Your role therefore goes beyond development alone.

You:

You're a developer who enjoys going in depth, but who also understands that technology is ultimately a means to achieve business goals. On top of that, you recognise yourself in the following:

• HBO-level (bachelor's) working and thinking ability;
• at least a few years of experience as a JavaScript Developer or Technical Front-end Developer;
• strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript;
• experience with modern frontend architectures and component-based development;
• knowledge of performance, accessibility (WCAG) and maintainable code;
• experience with tooling such as bundlers, build pipelines and CI/CD;
• you understand architectural principles and design patterns and know when to apply which solution;
• you use AI deliberately and critically as part of your development process;
• you can explain technical choices clearly to colleagues and clients alike;
• you dare to challenge existing solutions when you think things can be done better;
• you're curious, communicative and feel at home in a multidisciplinary team.
